Teacher retention is poor throughout the school. It's extremely bad in third grade, but that doesn't mean the other grades don't have problems.

I'm not sure why you would say the teachers are "great" when many of them are rookies, have no formal training, classroom control and academic performance are poor across the board. [/quote]
