DP this guy is causing a traffic hazard. His stuff is on a narrow median at a dangerous intersection and has blown into traffic. There is homeless and then there is traffic safety. [/quote]
The streets are for everyone. The only hazard are the cars going to fast and blowing through red lights.[/quote]

Totally agree, so that means no crazy drivers and also no aggressive homeless people blocking the road. The police should crack down on both.[/quote]
