I fail to see how a quick visit either in the hospital or at home for a quick visit could do so much damage to snowflakes like you.  You act like you are the first person to ever give birth and have to deal with new born baby and manage family relations.

If you choose to push your family away than accept the consequences of strained relations and lack of support when you deem you need it.
