Nope. Thoughts that stay in your head aren't a crime. It's when you inappropriately express them that problems arise. This probably wasn't a crime, but probably [i]was [/i]a violation of the student code of conduct:

Violating the student code of conduct doesn’t warrant a call to the police.   I’m sure the kids who get in fights, threaten their teachers, or destroy bathroom fixtures are also violating the student code, but that doesn’t seem to warrant any where near the same level of attention.  [/quote]
