The AG doesn't need to defend it because the argument that the House is standing up to protect the value of citizenship for DC residents while simultaneously denying an representative elected by DC citizens the right to even vote on the matter is patently ridiculous. It's like being asked to disprove the existence of Santa Claus. [/quote]
