I talked to my kid's school (a so-called Big3) a few years ago and they seemed to coordinate files until Feb 1. Then begin the process which starts with individual review. Then they move to committee. They may meet over president's weekend. This is a good guess... there's an extra day off that week (Friday) [/quote]
