I split time between Baltimore and DC and my experience is that most of the drivers are overly aggressive and the cars unnecessarily loud. To add, too many times I've seen them do donuts or drag race in the middle of DC. Google search will link you to crimes committed with them in DC alone. Whenever I see them, I think must have little d, but probably also has a weapon. [/quote]
