There is a line, however, that defines appropriateness by function. Wearing stilettos when chaperoning a DC field trip of first graders would be a puzzling choice, for example. I have observed more puzzling choices over the past several months than pre-pandemic. Maybe people are just so bored with practical and comfortable? I don't really care what others wear, and hadn't really thought about it until I saw this thread, but it is a mildly interesting trend.[/quote]
