Houses in the "high sevens" get torn down to make room for the $1.75M homes.      They even feed into WJ (imagine that)!

Of course you were.  Guess what?  There were NO TOWNHOMES in the non-Whitman district (what gives with that?) that were priced in the high sevens for sale.  NONE.

(And no, we are not in an Ashburton feeder neighborhood, but it's absurd that you think you have any idea about pricing in the area)
