+1  and servers are brutal.  They will pick a place and time they know you will definitely be and they really don't care about optics or public opinion.

She claims the event had high security which required COVID testing days before with a badge saying negative. The server could not just walk in on her. Maybe true Jason is immature in arguments and why she left him.[/quote]

The event was also a closed event for industry insiders.  Tickets cost like $1000 and you had to be verified in the movie distribution business or similar.  It definiltey took a lot of planning and money to serve her there.  I'm a lawyer and I can't see any process server going to such lengths and expense without clearing it with the lawyers first, and the lawyers clearing it with the client (if the lawyers oked it without checking with Jason, he should fire them, that's really bad judgment).
