Hello!  Believe in yourself!  Believe that you are capable of bringing forth that which you desire.  When your DH says he is supportive, believe him.  Don't worry what your employer thinks...what do YOU think?  You worry about everyone else and it's time to start worrying about yourself.  Sometimes that first step is the scariest step.  It seems as if your intuition is telling you the direction you should go, but you are waiting for external confirmation.  In this situation I feel it is only you who is holding you back.  What is causing you to not believe that this is a viable possibility?  You are not a slave to circumstance and what you desire feels like it truly is only a few steps away for you.

The cards I pulled are "Balance", "Victory and Success", "Wisdom", "Intention" and the tarot cards 7 of Swords Reverse, 3 of cups, 10 of Wands reverse, and 6 of Swords.

Set your intentions.  Act as if you have already gone part time and started your business.  There is wisdom in forging your own path and doing what feels right for YOU.  I feel you need to stop trying to talk yourself out of this.  The desire for external validation is only holding you back.  When you can balance your internal and external worlds, that is when you will find the courage to do this.  The external will fall in line when your internal is balanced.  It may be a bit rocky or scary in the beginning, as many new ventures can be, but have faith that you are charging ahead in the right direction.  The power lies in you.
