The MIL storyline was absurd (wouldn't have a legal leg to stand on) but I thought overall this season was much better than the last two. Hope actually became tolerable![/quote]
They do a better job than most at incorporating older actors and storylines. And the writers gave Doc and Hope more to work with this season. And the Jack actor is doing as best as can be done with his character. [/quote]

I do love that they have older characters.  My favorite shows are the ones that have a mixture of older and younger, like Only Murders in the Building, Grace and Frankie, The Kominsky Method, etc.[/quote]
