[/quote] We make our own fire and smoke at home, with a proper crust. The one at Matchbox has a crust that's like a cracker. The recipe we use is: chipotle in adobe paste on the base (just process a can) roasted garlic paste (only a little) tomato sauce (homemade) fennel seeds (my own touch) top with smoked Gouda and thin strips of roasted red pepper Sprinkle finely sliced basil leaves over the pizza as soon as it comes out of the oven. We leave off the onions but you can add finely diced red onions if you wish. [/quote]
