If families can demonstrate that FCPS can’t meet their child’s needs, they can argue (and win) fully tuition payments to privates. This involves using an attorney and leaving their community school in emotional ruin. [/quote] We actually looked into private when we were virtual for 2020-2021. None of the schools had special education services. [/quote]
