Private schools don't provide special education services.[/quote] Sure they do. There are private schools that specifically cater to students with special needs. They aren’t cheap, and they’re struggling with staffing just like everywhere else. They also have the option of declining to take a student and that happens a lot. There are lists out there of proposed placements for private pay that include the reasons specific schools accepted or rejected an applicant. [/quote]
