You do realize that Title 1 and Focus schools receive way more funds (fed, state and county) than other schools, including the Ws?  PTA and booster clubs at the Ws may have more funds, and that is privately funded by parents, not tax dollars.[/quote]

Most of that comes from the feds. Locally W's are given special treatment. Even their boundaries are gerrymandered to eliminate more challenging students that they heap on everyone else.[/quote]
