Your desire for clarity doesn't override the Constitution, and FCPS is ignoring the district court decision now anyway.

They changed the process to level the playing field and give all residents a fair chance not just those who invest in expensive prep classes designed to game selection.  The real problem are those clinging to an unfair system and are harming everyone in the process. [/quote]
