No, I'm not a SAHM, I'm in senior leadership at a FAANG with young twins, and have great flexibility. I work West Coast time, so mornings are slow. I do about an hr fast walk with kids and dogs. Another decent walk with both at pickup around 4, fast pace picking up from childcare. Sleep and crate for dog for an hr. Kids go to bed. Unless I have late meetings (NOT uncommon) I bring my dog out even if it's 10pm for a run and poop. It's also great for me. My trainer routinely tells me to get another puppy, ha. [/quote]
