I wouldn't go that far. She's just a garden variety idiot who unfortunately happens to be our mayor and knows how to pit white and black voters against each other to stay in power. Only an absolute moron would say something like "One person didn't intend to kill him, but did and devastated a family." Just completely out of touch to the rising violent crime in DC.[/quote]

Yes, we need to start treating crimes that can kill people as less oops! And more the homicidal act they are. DC kids esp who are behind much of the crime wave (not all - MD kids as well as adults and quite a few psychotic homeless people) should be messaged by the politicians and the DA that if the gun in your hand goes off in the struggle (or in this case the car) they are 100 percent liable for the choice they made to put their victim of their joyride or petty robebry in harm's way.
