How much you want to bet that Garland is waiting to stage things to be the most inconvenient for Trump possible. They will study this and then file a case in court in 2022-2023 so that Trump will be in court answering charges for late 2023 and all of 2024. Whether he is acquitted or convicted, it won't matter. He'll have to spend time in court when he would want to be campaigning. He will have the court cases in the news as much as anything he does on the campaign trail. I think Garland is trying to ensure that any DOJ action will prevent Trump from running successfully in 2024.[/quote]
