Dude, I've been an attorney on both sides of class action certification disputes, and I don't think this one has much merit. It does seem more to me like a law firm choosing Flores as a lead plaintiff to make some larger point about not enough black coaches in the NFL. Maybe some of these owners can be pushed around, but a lot of them can't.[/quote]
