It sounds as if quite a few parents have gone to talk to the directors.  I hope that they are present at the parent's meeting and things start looking up.  If not, I suggest taking your concerns beyond the Regional Director.  She has been visible in the center and if things aren't improving then it needs to go beyond her as well.[/quote]
