Nobody is confused about the timeline on the house. The point is that the term “flip” was invented to describe a certain type of cosmetic renovations before the rapid resale of a house. It doesn’t describe a major renovation/expansion like this. But I mean, whatever, I actually looked it up and the dictionary says: “to buy and usually renovate (real estate) so as to quickly resell at a higher price” So I guess it would depend on your definition of “quickly.”[/quote]
