A woman who replied to that said that a daycare nearby had been advised by police not to take the children outside anymore. This is apparently after they had some trouble with an aggressive man (presumably a different man than the brick-throwing guy). Does anyone know anything about this? We go to the playground at eastern market frequently and I’m really unnerved by a second bizarre attack involving children.

I like to think I’m not easily rattled but the story about the infant (and some recent experiences a bit south of eastern market) really disturbed me. I feel so for that family and hope they’re okay. [/quote]

I don’t blame you at all for being rattled.  A brick is a dangerous weapon and anyone who throws objects at children is disturbed and should be avoided and feared.[/quote]
