So if they saw the bruise, and your note (!), and had reasonable suspicion… I think they are in serious trouble if they *dont* report it. Same goes for teachers, licensed professionals (Drs, therapists) and camp counselors. And all this is a good thing to protect children who are vulnerable. [/quote]
