When does the "pandemic phase" end?  You act like there's some sort of explicit or clear cut off between pandemic and endemic. It's a spectrum.  And different areas of the country will get there at different times.  A high vaccinated area like MoCo is likely approaching what endemic looks like- a moderate number of cases, but low hospitalizations/deaths.  [/quote]
