So was there any props manager on set? That union is clearly stating no one from their union was on set.  Can anyone decode this for me? Maybe an inexperienced non-union weapons manager on set?[/quote]

The statement is that nobody from that union local (Local 44), which is based in LA. It's possible there was somebody from a different local or different union on site.[/quote]
