Hate to say it but I agree. I keep looking at this picture trying to figure out what isn't working. It's a great dress, she's gorgeous, but somehow the entire effect is very aging. I think you're right it's the hair - it makes it all seem very fussy and strangely old fashioned instead of hot, hip, and retro. Not that she needed to to overt sexy, but I think overt unsexy isn't working here.[/quote]
I finally figured out what this reminded me of. As Sharon shows us, a simpler updo and earrings would have worked better.
