Hello!  I pulled the Hanged Man in reverse, the 5 of Pentacles in reverse, the King of Wands and the 8 of Swords.

The Hanged Man in reverse suggests that you may be trying to rush this stage of your start up, or are impatient and want more progress.  It is important to take you time and not rush it.  The 5 of Pentacles suggests moving on from financial issues, so any challenges you may be experiencing, you will eventually move on from them if you allow the process to happen without rushing it.  The King of Wands and 8 of Swords together suggest that is what is causing you to feel trapped right now will dissipate and you will be making good progress with your company.

So reading them together I feel that you may be feeling a bit impatient with the pace things are going, but it is important not to rush it so that you can make good decisions.  Any challenges you may be experiencing financially now, will eventually be resolved if you take your time and are diligent about what you are doing.
