[/quote] Yes, how is this being missed? It doesn't sound like this is an 8 week old puppy with some 20% pit in their background. An adult pit that's been in a shelter is a whole different beast. So if these owners are AMAZING, does it make a difference that for the first 2 years of its life it as bred to fight by different owners? Because that's what they learn and emulate, not your nice but clueless family. Very few people are equipped to handle that hardwiring and I can't imagine taking it on with young kids.
