Either he outright lied to the American people saying that none of his advisors told him to leave a residual force or, he truly cannot recall them telling him this. Either one is bad. He either didn't want to take responsibility once he saw it was such a debacle, or he couldn't remember the decision making. Both are concerning. [/quote]
