Yes I think that could happen if she fought her firing (which has not happened yet).  That other case was a murder case and there was no evidence to support going for the taser except the cops statement.  Indeed cop said that Grant had a gun which makes going for the taser wrong.  No such facts here.  Not really similar.  [/quote]
