Calling for her to stop posting completely altered images of herself is not nasty. She couldn’t even show a real image of herself while claiming to show a real image of herself. She markets a brand centered on body positivity and claims to be authentic. Neither is true.

Khloe has always looked great and did so on the image from Saturday. And the way to address her self esteem issues is via therapy and to stop seeking likes on social media. Not continuously posting fake images, claiming they are real and then pretending other people make her do these things. She needs serious help.[/quote]

I didn't say that calling on her to not post altered pictures of herself is nasty. There are many posters that fall under my definition of nasty.

Because she is a fraud. And she is selling a fake image to millions of women and girls claiming that dieting and exercise has blessed her with the fake body. If she struggles as much as you think she does, then she would be in intensive therapy and would no longer be posting fake videos/images.
