I really can't keep up with what is racist and what isn't. Some families prefer distance education for different reasons. I don't think it has anything to do with being a segregationist. DC  proper is already segregated by housing. Distance Learning will not even put a dent in the school system divide.

There are sooo many articles, examples and voices where parents of African descent prefer distance learning. I'd love to hear what other identities think. I imagine it would be difficult for caregivers who cannot speak the language of the teacher instructing. There are many different ways to learn and COVID opened pandora's box. Racism is not the issue.
