So all the Halloween drinkers sound crazy defensive, and most of the non-drinkers sound crazy uptight. But honestly, it was freaking cold, I don't understand the appeal of walking around with a cold drink.
Again, maybe the whole NoCa thing - but it was not freaking cold! I wore sweat pants, and a long sleeve t-shirt. That's it. Same with my boys. We were walking around the entire time. I asked them if they were cold several times, and they said no. It was an absolutely beautiful night for trick or treating. Of course, we were in by 7:30, when the cold probably started to settle in for the night. And yes, my neighbor was handing out shots of margaritas ;) It was awesome! I had 3 small "shots" of a mixed drink that wouldn't even amount to one shot worth of alcohol.
