[/quote] College is a business. Full paying foreign students are avoiding USA because it is a dangerous, racist shithole country. Plus because of the pandemic. Merit aids will go to UMC kids who tend to also be high stat. Been sitting in on tons of college admissions seminars and this is now a recognized factor.[/quote]
