[/quote] I think MCPS is too big and should be split north/south. I also think trying to implement hybrid is a lot harder when the school district is very large. I have stated this numerous times: sometimes having more resources does not help maneuver a large project any faster. No matter how much horsepower a tank has, it will still take longer to make a sharp turn than a minicooper.[/quote]
