I don't think anyone's saying they're exactly the same? But I'm also not sure why you feel like it's a problem to call unconscious bias a subset of racism. Especially from someone on the receiving end, they can't always tell whether someone's biased treatment of them is based on unconscious bias or something more intentional, and they shouldn't be expected to read someone's mind or heart in order to call racist actions racist.[/quote]
