Not PP, but did you read the NYTimes piece from a scientist suggesting that we go full scale into the paper test strips that are super cheap (like $1 a test)?  They are not as effective as the saliva tests that take days, but they are good enough and would really minimize spread by asymptomatic folks.  For $365/yr per person, everyone could be tested every day.[/quote]
