Whitman has 4% AA, %4 two races, 16% Asians, 9% Hispanics. This will debunk your assumption that it is not integrated already.

I didn't purchase a house in Whitman, but not for the lack of diversity (I am a minority). It's mainly b/c I didn't (and still don't) want overpay for a crappy and small house there; the decision was purely based on economical reasoning.
