McLean HS this year ran wild! Just from the small number of students self reported, there are already 10 ivies+Stanford, and a dozen other top schools like Chicago, Duke, Northwestern, JHU, etc. I heard at least one for Yale, but not in this self reported list.
Guess they said McLean is a top school in NoVA for a reason.

That's interesting. Why does McLean have more Ivy and top school admissions than Langley? They can probably compete with Whitman, B-CC and many of the well-known privates.[/quote]

I wouldn’t make assumptions like that based on this self-reported sample.  I know several Ivy and top tier admits at our HS that didn’t post on Instagram yet. I’m sure it’s the same with these schools.[/quote]

Applied to many ivies in order to turn them down? You think ivies are that easy to take you? LOL
