I have never read a more ignorant comment in my life. MYS (or BYRC or VDA) did not block any club.  These DC / BAWA metro centric comments are funny.  ECNL is not going region by region letting clubs block clubs.  This was all planned out weeks ago.  Legacy clubs in ECNL stayed.  If you think MYS, VDA, and BYRC have that much clout your are fooling yourself. This was a business decision.  ECNL is not king making clubs. They kept their current roster, added clubs where there was gaps vs. clubs where they had a need - most of which was on the boys side (and in CA).  Just figure out what is best for your kid and bring them there - or keep them where they are at.  If you dont, your decision.  If you do, your decision.  In the end, nobody cares except you.  So take care of your kid.  Period.  [/quote]
