Each kid, to start at that level needs to be the top 4-6 players in NoVA at that position at that age. It very quickly stops being about the best in your club at your age now you have to be the BEST in a region. This is the reality and this is what you wanted. If your kid is among the best players north of Richmond you should be just fine. [/quote]
