Agree with your point on the life vests. But I can honestly see the spur of the moment decision to get in the canoe without one and think - oh I’m only going out 20’. We don’t SO MANY dumb things on a daily basis without ramifications. I hope that there is an increased discussion on the importance of life vests, but I can understand why this woman did what she did.[/quote]
