Umm, you see no difference between a cruise originating from a U.S. port and a cruise originating from Japan or Argentina.  They all carry the same exact amount of risk in your mind....that explains why you are so terrified.[/quote]

Any cruise in March 2020 exceeds the acceptable risk level for anyone who was paying attention.

Where was the boat previously? The crew? The other passengers?
