.while I don't think it's necessarily wrong for teens to wear this it absolutely is still a very sexy look in this culture. It's becoming more and more commonplace and that will certainly make it less sexy and more just "beachy/casual" eventually but  for now, unless it's ubiquitous, it's going to be viewed as a sexy bathing suit. I've been to Rio plenty and even there where tangas and thongs are JUST bathing suit bottoms on so so so many body types and ages, there are still suits that are a little bit sexier cut. There isn't much denying that bikinis can be sexy when they show more . But as I said, if the style hangs around longer it won't be so scandalous here. And I also don't think it's all that terrible for a teen to wear them. Just depends on if the family cares or if the sexiness for lack of a better word  is unconformable for them. [/quote]
