The study showed if you send a resume out that says "Daquan Jackson, BA Economics, Harvard, 3.8 GPA" (black name) it gets the same number of hits as "Ronny Witherspoon, BA Economics, UMass Amherst, 3.8 GPA" (white name). That study says nothing about the quality of Harvard education and everything about hiring managers.[/quote] They probably know that the objective measures between the two students are similar.
