Feb through Augst holdbacks for a Sept 1 cutoff?? That's pathetic. 
If the parents cared so much they should have made sure their kids had Jan (travel sports are calendar year) or Fall births. 
So sick of this. Wish schools would make FIRM 12-15 month intake years. [/quote]
