Even if what you want is orderly repatriation - from the moment you collect the children and hold them in detention centers while you await the orderly repatriation, you have to feed them, clothe them, keep them safe. The government is failing at this most basic, most important duty. The serious maltreatment of these children is either intentional or negligent, and either way it is immoral. [/quote]
