But one of the PP was clear: when I was talking about punishing students for breaking the rules as a way of promoting a good environment at school and discouraging others from doing the same, he/she stated his/her objection on using punishment for this purpose (not helping the one being punished). Isn't that the same as saying: if you punish a student, it has to result in some kind of HELP to THAT student? [/quote]
